'Little Bunny' Dwarf Fountain Grass

With its adorable tufts of blooms and compact stature, ‘Little Bunny’ is a popular ornamental dwarf fountain grass.  Only growing to about 12-18” tall, it is a true miniature and the smallest form of fountain grass.  Little Bunny is named for its 3” long, fluffy blooms, which stand just above finely textured green foliage, and change from silvery-pink in the summer to a creamy buff color in the fall.  This low maintenance grass will grow best in full sun and needs minimal water once established.  Simply cut back to near ground level in late winter and fertilize before new growth begins in spring.  Little Bunny adds a beautiful texture and color accent to rock gardens, borders, foundation plantings, perennial beds, and even containers.  The plumes are also great for cut flower or dried arrangements.  Creekside Nursery is proud to offer Little Bunny grass in 1 gallon containers.
