Crape Myrtle 'Grape Bellini'

Lagerstroemia indica, ‘Bellini’ are unlike any other Crape Myrtle varieties. Its handy, compact size and bright purple blossoms that re-bloom all season long make it a superb addition to any garden. Perfect for a mixed flower garden, as a low perennial border or even in containers as an annual for your patio or balcony. Root hardy to USDA zone 5 and resistant to powdery mildew. Deer-resistant, too.

Montrose Purple Vitex

Also known as Chaste Tree, Vitex has aromatic green leaves and stunning long, narrow spikes of purple flowers that cover this plant in the summer months.These fragrant flowers attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds.After blooming, narrow spikes of round, dark brown seeds are produced.Vitex grows shrub-like, but can be shaped into a tree form by trimming away the lower branches during its winter dormant period. They can achieve a mature size of 25 feet tall and wide. Handles hot summers, as well as tolerating short-term temperatures below Zero F. Hardy in Zones 6-10.

Fatsia Japonica

Fatsia Japonica, also called Japanese Aralia, is a tropical looking evergreen shrub with large palm-like glossy green leaves. Performs beautifully is a shady garden spot and can also be grown in large containers for patio or entryway use. Produces clusters of white flowers late winter into spring. The foliage can be used in cut flower arrangements and lasts for weeks. Can grow up to 6 feet in height with a comparable spread and does best in Zones 7-10.

Gauras

We carry two different varieties of Gaura here at the Nursery and while slightly different in form, they are both beautiful! Our Graceful Pink blooms with soft pink flowers that open from dark pink buds above a low mound of bronze-green leaves. The Graceful White has delicate white blooms that rise above their green foliage on tall stalks. Both are tough perennials that tolerate heat, humidity and some drought conditions once established making them a perfect plant for Texas gardens and beds! Deadheading is not necessary for continued blooming although you may want to trim back the dead stems in midsummer to encourage new blooms. Deer resistant, but highly attractive to butterflies, add these graceful spots of color to any landscape for blooms all summer long!

Gaillardia 'Spintop Copper Sun'

Gaillardia 'Spintop Copper Sun' is a new series and the best compact Gaillardia on the market! With fantastic colors and intense flower-power, these Gaillardia are impressive in many applications including container gardens as well as traditional perennial gardens. This particular Gaillardia will bloom from late Spring all the way through the end of Summer and will constantly attract butterflies and hummingbirds! Gaillardia are also known as 'Blanket Flowers' due to them blanketing the North American prairies with their blooms! Be sure to remove faded flowers to help encourage constant blooming.
