Juniper 'Blue Rug Wiltonii'

Blue Rug Juniper is a low growing mat forming juniper with a central growing habit of silvery-blue foliage. The fast growth makes this selection perfect as a groundcover or understory plant. Plant in full sun, in well-drained soil. Keep soil evenly moist until established. Blue rug prefers a more acidic soil. Blue Rug is more salt tolerant than many other plants, making it a good choice along roads or sidewalks that are sometimes salted! Grown here at Creekside Nursery in a one and three gallon container.

Ajuga 'Chocolate Chip'

Chocolate Chip Ajuga is an evergreen, ground-hugging perennial with oval chocolate leaves and burgundy highlights with bluish-purple flower spikes which bloom in mid to late spring. It will spread to form a mat over time to create an attractive groundcover. It is deer and rabbit resistant and easy to grow! Plant in partial shade to full shade in moist, well-drained soils. Use this plant in small spaces, containers, borders, rock gardens, or under trees and shrubs.

Dyckia 'Brittle Star'

This cold hardy and heat tolerant succulent has a grayish color, a maroon midrib and white spines along the leaf edges. When in bloom, bright orange flowers appear on a tall stem above the foliage. Dyckia 'Brittle Star' adds color and interest to the cactus garden! Performs best when planted in well drained soils. Sold here at Creekside Nursery in a two gallon container.

Wedelia

Wedelia (Wedelia trilobata) is an herbaceous perennial that’s hardy in zones 8 through 11 and will perform well in virtually any soil! Wedelia care is extremely low maintenance. It will grow and thrive almost anywhere as long as the weather is warm enough. The plant is very tough and can handle pruning almost down to the ground. Whenever wedelia stems touch the ground, they take root which means the plant has an extremely aggressive spreading habit. Yellow, daisy-like flowers will cover the plant from summer to frost! Sandankwa Viburnum

This popular, dense evergreen shrub with leathery dark green leaves is fast growing and can grow up to 6-10 ft tall and 3-6 ft wide. Makes a great planting on 3 or 4 ft centers for a woodland hedge effect, and can be grouped with contrasting textures and perennials to add visual interest! Sandankwa Viburnum can also be used as a screen to hide those pesky unwanted views! In early spring, clusters of light pink tubular flowers will appear followed by red berries that darken to black.
