‘Blue Point’ Juniper is a beautiful evergreen shrub noted for its dense branching and hardiness. This upright juniper naturally maintains its conical form with practically no pruning. Its glowing blue-green foliage is accented by small powder-blue berries or tiny brown cones through winter. A slow growing juniper, this variety will mature at about 12 feet tall and 9 feet wide, typically branching all the way to the ground at its base. Plant in full sun and this low maintenance shrub will thrive in almost any soil conditions. The symmetrical form and dependable color make ‘Blue Point’ juniper a favorite for adding a formal or contemporary finish to a landscape setting. Use as a specimen, accent, screen or hedge, or pruned into a topiary form. Grown at Creekside Nursery in 5, 7, and 15 gallon containers.
