Sweet Viburnum

This large, upright, often multi-stemmed shrub can be grown as a single trunk specimen with proper pruning. White flowers in flat clusters appear in early summer and are followed by blue-black, berry-like fruit which persists into winter! The fragrant flowers of the Sweet Viburnum are tiny however the shrub itself can grow to be as big as 20 feet tall! Even though the shrub is relatively maintenance free, you will want to shape it and prune it to control the size. Sweet Viburnum are great to use as a tall hedge or screen. Grown here at Creekside Nursery in a 3 and 7 gallon container.
