Commonly known as tickseed this deep green perennial forms a dense, bushy slow crawling mat. They tend to show the most blooms in early spring to early summer. The bright golden flowers typically range to 2 inches across and stand high above the foliage. They can grow to be 6-9 inches tall with a 15-22cm spread. Deadheading will encourage blooms throughout summer into fall. They prefer full sun with well drained soil. Plant these in your flowerbed to attract butterflies and bees! Zones 1-9.
