Platanus mexicana
Fast growing and drought tolerant deciduous tree with an upright rounded form. The lobed maple-like leaves are up to 8 inches wide and olive-green with silvery undersides. It grows well in most any soil including those that are alkaline. An excellent shade or specimen tree.
