Fast growing evergreen tree with fine, feathery, soft-green pointed needles on flattened branches. It has a pyramidal growth habit with minimal pruning required. Grows in a wide range of soils and climates. A nice screen or windbreak when planted in groups. A truly spectacular tree that should be used more frequently in landscapes.
