Dyckia 'Nickel Silver'

This relative of the pineapple family has long succulent leaves with silver and white spines. Flowers in the spring on long spikes with orange blooms. This member of the bromeliad family is the most drought tolerant. When deprived of water, it will go dormant but recovers quickly once it is watered. Grows well in zones 8-11 in average to well drained soil. 12"-24" x 12"-24" in size.

Turquoise Tail Sedum

Turquoise Tail Sedum requires full sun but, can tolerate a small amount of shade. This tough sedum with its blue green coloring is hardy zones 5-10. Deer and rabbit resistant along with being drought tolerant. This plant grows 4-6" tall with a 12" spread, has small yellow blooms from May thru June.

Variegated Pittosporum

Pittosporum is a broad leaf evergreen shrub that can grow to a height of 8-10 feet in full sun or compact in shade. With its grey green leaves with white margins make a great hedge, screen and can also be used as an accent tree. Variegated Pittosporum does well in well drained soil with regular water and fertilizing. This plant is native to China and Japan.

Carolina Sapphire Cypress

Carolina Sapphire is one of the fastest growing conifers making a great privacy screen, can grow 3-5 feet per year. The attractive blue green foliage makes a wonderful back drop for most plants. The foliage is very aromatic adding another great element to this plant. Zones 7-10 once established,requires low amounts water and no pruning. Will grow to 40 feet with a spread to 10 feet needs full sun to thrive. Carolina Sapphire can be shaped to fit almost any landscape.
