Pavonia Rock Rose is extremely drought tolerant, and can be found growing in the Edwards Plateau, Trans Pecos and Rio Grand Plains. With eye catching Hibiscus-like flowers in shades of pink-rose this will my an ideal plant for any garden. Flowers are about 1 inch in diameter blooming from summer into the fall. Trimming through out the growing season will help control stretching and increase blooming. Blooms open I early morning and close in the evening.
