Serissa 'Tokyo'

The Serissa Tokyo is a small rounded fine-textured evergreen shrub with small bright green foliage. Clusters of soft pink and white flowers will bloom in early summer to late fall. A relative to the Coffee plant, Serissa is a favorite of bonsai enthusiasts. The species name refers to the fetid smell of the leaves and stems when bruised. They can reach to a mature height of 2-4 feet tall and wide. Will grow best in full sun to part shade.

Dutchman's Pipe

This high-growing vine climbs by twisting its trunk around a sturdy support. The blooms of the Dutchman's Pipe have a greenish yellow stem and end with a purple bowl. Flowers on this vigorous growing vine appear in late spring early summer. Fast growth makes this well suited as a cover for arbors trellises, pillars and posts. Given the proper structure to cling to plants, the Dutchman's Pipe can easily grow to a height of 30′ to 40′ feet. The clinging vines grow quickly, producing broad leaves that create a dense cover. The heart-shaped leaves can reach up to 12-inches. The leaves tend to shed in the winter and come back in the spring. By the early summer, you should have a dense, lush wall of leaves.

Pineapple Express Mangave

Pineapple Express Mangave have long and slender dark green leaves with pronounced burgundy spotting. A waxy coating gives the leaves a minty-green finish. Leaves are packed in tightly to form a spiky rosette. Tiny spines line the margins and a very sharp cinnamon terminal spine. A cross between the genus Manfreda and Agave. Grows to be 9-10" tall with a 16-16" spread. Thrives in sun to partial shade in zones 7-10. A unique option for xeriscaping with no pruning necessary!

Loquat "Coppertone"

This evergreen shrub offers coppery colored foliage on the new growth. Spicy scented, fragrant, pink flowers appear in late summer and are followed by a yellow fruit in winter or early spring. Plant as a focal point in the landscape or makes a good screen when planted in rows due to its dense canopy. Fruit and most desirable bush form come from planting in full sun, although Loquats can tolerate partial shade and a variety of well-drained soils. Germander 'Silver Bush'

This variety of Germander is a great ornamental shrub that is typically underused! This drought tolerant evergreen plant looks a lot like Texas Sage with grayish green foliage. Silver Germander has a compact growing form, reaching 4' in height and a 3' width. Has a blue flower in the Spring, requires little water once established, and does best in full sun! Deer resistant and will attract butterflies and bees during the Spring. Can be trimmed however tends to return to its natural slightly wild shape eventually.
